Honestly, I’ve never done this before; I felt and still kinda do a great sense of achievement. It’s really made we want to crack on with the projects I have started and not finished.
I was randomly blog hopping on Friday, and found a fantastic blog called 2 little hooligans, I would highly recommend you pop over and have a look.

I would definitely advise you to buy a rotary cutter for your fabric, I don’t have one yet and in the process of cutting my fabric I actually cut my PJ bottoms twice!
I love sewing machine at the moment, my Singer is my new BFF!

Congrats on the finish. If you have a kindle pop on over to http://www.chicaandjo.com/2009/09/03/make-a-custom-kindle-cover-case/ . I made the kindle cover in an evening. Keep up and the good work, get yourself a rotary cutter and slice AWAY from your and your jammies:^)
ReplyDeletegreat job!! im so glad you gave it a shot. i love mine and use it all the time:) you have to buy a rotary cutter though, save those j's:) thanks for link and your kind words, christina

ReplyDeleteOh, sweetie, you kind of cracked me up over accidently snipping your pj's, but only because it has happened to me more than once! This is really a cute idea & you should be proud of yourself. I do have some sewing blogs listed in my blog list on my side bar. I have the blog list organized into groupings. Sewing related are toward the bottom with "S-" in front of the name. Take a look if you're interested. I'm a follower & hope you might follow back.
