Over the past year or so I have become ever more enamoured with the little patch of garden that is ours.
There is little space, some sunshine, plenty of shade, the more than occasional downpour, often blustery coastal winds and a silly Fat Cat who passes by and causes havoc.
But amongst all that there is plenty of colour and an ever increasing amount of wildlife making a home.
Through much trial and error and a very healthy dose of luck and patience we finally have a garden which I’m just a tad proud of.
You might already know that this week, 13 – 19 April, is National Gardening Week, whether you have a balcony, allotment, court yard or sprawling green grass there is something everyone can do to get involved.
We’ve got a weekend planned which involves bee houses, sunflower seeds and a wildflower patch, what will you be doing to get involved?
